Apart from being a CA , he is also a CS from The Institute of Company secretaries of India ( ICSI) and holds Diploma in Information System Audit (DISA) from ICAI. Further he is Registered Valuer for Securities and Financial Assets (SFA) from Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India. (IBBI)

Before venturing into the practice in the year 2016 he has had the privilege to serve number of different Industries [ Telecom, Telecom Infrastructure & associated services , Manufacturing, Financial services organization at Managerial level and as a Assistant General Manager in Audit & Risk
Having worked for financial services entities he has fair amount of experience in Capital & derivative markets & their valuation aspects...Further being a registered Valuer, he has been continuously involved in carrying out Valuation in the field of Merger & Acquisitions, Corporate restructuring, Valuation of intangible assets etc. He is also engaged in providing consultancy in the area of Ind AS & IFRS both for listed Companies and unlisted companies. Further he is extensively engaged in providing services in the area of Corporate Law and Securities Law.

She passed the CA final examination in 2011 and has experience of over 10 years in dealing with Matters of Income Tax and Company Law .
Her area of excellence is Auditing , Direct Tax matters including Compliances , Scrutiny assessment before adjudicating  authorities & Litigation before affiliate authorities , Company law matters including incorporation , Statutory filings , drafting of necessary agreement & resolutions and affiances before registrations of companies & regional Directors for various assignments .

CA PRATIK AGARWAL ( Associate)

Mr. Pratik Agarwal is a practicing CA & Associate in Rishi Agarwal & Company .
He has attended & successfully completed the certificate course on GST , conducted by Govt. of INDIA , Ministry of Micro Small Medium Enterprises.
He has developed a niche in his area of practice & continuously  thriving to attain excellence .
He looks after Audit & Assurance matters of the companies  related  to both internal & statuary Audit .
He is keenly involved in the maters of Accounting & focuses on the techniques of Accounting under different laws especially in GST using different software & issues advisory to the client on the related matter .
His other areas of work involves dealing in company law matters , including incorporation , statutory filling , drafting of necessary agreements and resolutions & appearances before the registers of the Companies .
